To enjoy the perfect cup of our Tega Chamomile Citrus Tea Blend:

  • Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil (approximately 212°F/100°C).
  • Add one tea bag Tega Chamomile Tea per cup.
  • Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag or strain the loose tea and enjoy.
  • Add honey or lemon to taste, if desired.

Iced Tea:

  • Follow the hot tea brewing instructions, using 2 tea bags per cup.
  • Once the tea has steeped, let it cool to room temperature.
