How to Prepare


  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags of organic green tea
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Ice cubes


  1. Brew the Green Tea:

    • Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

  3. Add Lemon Juice:

    • Once the tea has cooled, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
    • Stir well to combine.

  4. Chill the Tea:

    • Refrigerate the green tea lemonade for at least 1 hour or until it is thoroughly chilled.

  5. Serve:

    • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
    • Pour the chilled green tea lemonade over the ice.
    • Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
